 Ana Avital, producer and host of World Rhythms Musical Cruise  on  101.3  for the past twelve years.  She produced the segment   "  "Women in Reggae" which aired nationally on National Public  Radios's Fifty One Percent. 

 Ana is a graduate of The New School of Radio and Television  Broadcasting. As an undergraduate she studied television/ film  production.  She did her graduate studies at Case Western Reserve  in Ohio and Northeastern University in Massachusetts.             

 Ana has been immersed in Reggae and Caribbean Music since the  early seventies when the movie "The Harder they Come" starring  Jimmy Cliff, made its international debut .  Through the years she  has worked as an artist/band manager, writer,  producer and  educator. 

Ana has interviewed many of the world's Reggae and World Music icons. She has also showcased and profiled numerous up and coming world music artists.   She continues to be a media guest at the industry's premier events, traveling  each year to the large  Reggae and World Music festivals to bring  back  the music and the message to share with you.      Onward and forward and "lively up yourself" with  the World Rhythms Musical cruise, every Sunday evening at nine.
